中華跆拳道隊一直都是奧運奪牌勁旅，對於本屆里約奧運，總教練李佳融今天表示，他只有A計劃，叫金牌計劃，沒有B計劃，選手都很有企圖心，信心也一直在成長。

中華跆拳道隊共有莊佳佳、劉威廷和黃懷萱三名選手，代表隊昨天抵達里約後就按計劃調整狀況。

代表隊訓練過後，李佳融說，「黃懷萱和莊佳佳之前來過（里約奧運）測試賽，對環境並不陌生，一切都按計劃進行，三個選手適應還不錯。」

雖然正式籤表還未出爐，不過教練和選手心中已有盤算。在世錦賽、亞錦賽都踢下金牌的莊佳佳是本屆重點人物，她表示，絕大多數的對手都不陌生，接下來一步一步來。

黃懷萱可能會碰上二○○八年北京奧運、二○一二年倫敦奧運兩屆金牌得主吳靜鈺。

李佳融表示，雖然黃懷萱排名兩百四十三名，可是她爭取金牌的目標、決心越來越強，劉威廷一直在成長，三個選手都很有企圖心，「期待慶功的那一天。」
